In 1998 I started doing landscape photography at age 54.  I had toyed with photography for years but had never settled on a subject matter. The subject became clear when I met my current wife, an avid hiker, in 1995.  I took my first successful bird photograph in 2006.  I've pursued photography fulltime since 2005.

My early landscapes were taken on a Pentax 67 with Fuji Velvia.  I switched to digital in 2005 and now use Canon cameras and lenses.  I print my images on an Epson 7600.  My current paper is Inkpress Pro Silky.

I live in Seattle and primarily sell my photography at regional arts and crafts show.
